Your Ultimate External Battery for Smartphones

Your Ultimate External Battery for Smartphones
You know how all those ‘discreet’ commercials suggest that you should always ask yourself ‘Do I really need this thing?’ before you decide that you do and go ahead and spend your cash (even though you didn’t really need it in the first place)?
Well, in this case, I am going to put this as bluntly as possible – yes, you do. Definitely.
There is actually no need to expand on the fact that almost every smartphone owner has found himself with an empty battery at least one time (these things just gorge the battery, don’t they?!), and it’s quite a nuisance if your latest project depends on the phone call you’re waiting. Or, if you happen to be a web addict, like myself, and use every possible moment to see the latest news or tweet the silliest things as soon as they pop into your head:) No, seriously, gone are the days when you had a phone whose battery could hold three, sometimes four days! (I still fondly remember my first Nokia :)
Anyway, so what makes THIS emergency charger so - ultimate?

1.       First of all, it offers 5200 mAh, which is, plainly put, enough to fully power up your iPad or to charge your iPhone 4/5/6 up to 2 times. This of course does not refer only to Apple’s devices, but to other smart devices as well – Samsung Galaxy S3/S4/S5, HTC, Sonny, Nokia and all others with the possibility to power up via USB.
It is a super charge actually, since no matter how much your phone battery is empty, it allows the immediate access to your phone as soon as it’s plugged-in.
2.       The two USB ports allow you to charge two devices at the same time, which is a benefit that doesn’t really need any further embellishment. You can just relax and browse the web to your heart content, knowing that you won’t be caught ‘empty-batteried’ ever again!
3.       A discreet display allows you to monitor how much charge is still available – an especially useful feature if you’re planning on charging two devices at the same time or if you’re going to be away for a longer time.
4.       It is a lithium-type battery, meaning that you can re-charge it multiple times (this one in particular – up to 500 times.)
5.       It is small enough to fit in your hand and light enough to even be noticed in your pocket!
6.       LED flash light is one of most appreciated features and is also one of the conveniences.
7.       And last but not least, you can only buy this dual USB power bank from the manufacturer himself, which means in essence – no additional fees charged! You will also get 1 year warranty with it.
Among four available colours for this emergency charger, it won’t be a problem to choose the right one! They are classic colours, easily combined with any phone cover you have. As you can see, my power colour is - grey. What is yours?

New Power Bank for New Times!

Got yourself a new iPhone 6?! Wow, nice… Good for you!
Don’t tell me - its battery is lousy; keeps getting empty just when you need it the most?! Yeah, I know…
I know it all too well, as a matter of fact. It’s just… as if the phone is literally eating up the battery; and it wasn’t just once that I ended up without my phone in a key moment! Well, I got used to it by now and now I’m always ready for every circumstance.
I have a backup battery with me at all times
I took the advice from a friend of mine and bought me a Futurocks power bank. Futurocks LCD Mini Power Bank ( external backup battery), to be more precise. Blue ( also comes in black, silver and pink) with a little display. Rather cute, actually

So, what are its characteristics?

1.       Well, it’s not a monster of a power bank; it doesn’t have the capacity of 10K mAh. It has 2600 mAh, quite enough to power up my iPhone 100 %. And that’s fine enough with me :)
2.       It supports the range of devices – iPhone (even the latest model), iWatch, iPod… even Samsung Galaxy, Nokia, HTC, Sony PSP, etc.
3.       Its battery is lithium type, which allows the maximum battery life.
4.       It’s made of aluminium, which makes it extremely light (it’s actually about 50 g!) Not to mention its simple, yet modern design and how fancy it looks in all of its 4 colours!
5.       LCD Mini Power bank for iPhone comes with a USB cable, making it ridiculously easy to use.
6.       It’s quite easy to monitor your battery status due to the convenient LCD display. (Trust me, it CAN come in handy!)
7.       You can use it up to 500 times to power up your smartphone, which is more than enough, because by the time you used it all up you’ll probably have a new phone, which, according to trends, will be able to do God knows what and it may require something completely different or it may not need additional charging at all. (Now, THAT would be something to look forward to!)
8.       You also get a year warranty on it.

So, these are all benefits you get with the LCD Mini Power Bank Emergency Charger. I admit it may sound a bit one-sided, but I’ve been using mine with my iPhone 6 for a month now (and with my Samsung S4 Galaxy before that), and it’s still just as reliable as it was when I bought it. However, if you do manage to find some disadvantages, please let me know!

Look hot while charging your iPhone

OK, I got me a new portable charger last week and I’m actually very pleased with it. It’s a Futurocks Power Bank with flash light 5000 mAh and I wanted to learn a bit more about the company that makes them. I tried to find some specifics about this particular brand, some user reviews about - why it is considered good or bad, what makes it a good choice, etc and I just kept running into some articles about how well it goes with certain outfits! I even found one where people actually commented something like, "Ooh, I will definitely try this power charger, because it really goes well with that jacket and mine is very similar, and btw, that T-shirt looks gorgeous on you, babe!" It’s true, look for yourself

Futurocks Power Bank with Flash Light 5000 mAh

So, I thought, ‘OK, if this is the case, I’ll write the review about this myself’.

Futurocks (I managed to find out!) is a UK based company that produces iPhone cases and power banks for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and literally any USB power device. Two good friends, apparently, ‘fed up with short battery life of iPhones’ started producing their own line of stylish, yet genuinely efficient iPhone gadgets.
And, while most power chargers can easily power up any of today’s smartphones, not every power bank can provide a suitable support for tablets. So, this is just the first of many values Futurocks’ power banks have to offer. They are capable of supplying your iPhone, iPod, Samsung Galaxy, HTC, Sonny PSP, Nokia, etc. with up to 200 % of extra juice and 100% for iPads!

They come with various capacities. This little orange piece, for example has 5000 mAh capacity, which is not the most powerful on the market, but, it’s more than enough to allow you texting, blogging, hanging on your social media, listening to music, etc. for the entire day! And considering the price - £19.99 – it’s a great buy.
Futurocks Dual USB Power Bank 5000
Depending on your needs, Futurocks offers models with one and dual USB ports so you can power up two devices simultaneously, if you’re in a hurry. (Or, if you’re such a social media addict to consume two batteries in a short time ) A friend of mine brought it on a camping trip last time, and it was very cool to be able to charge a tablet and a mobile phone at the same time. (I’m not sure, though, how happy he was when the rest of us usurped it for our own devices!) I can’t wait the next time I go camping; I expect this fancy flash light to be a proper hit when we wake up and start stumbling around at night

Futurocks uses lithium batteries which provides a long and safe life to their power banks.
And finally, they’re small and weight just 50-100 grams so your Futurocks emergency charger will easily fit in the smallest pocket!

So in conclusion, not only will you look hot and stylish, you will also have a useful gadget to go with your iPhone.

Fancy Little Power-Ups for Your Smartphone

May You Never Again Be Cut Off From the World!

If you’re anything like me, you probably keep forgetting to charge your iPhone on a regular basis. I’ve come to completely rely on my mobile in my work, and yet, I never seem to remember to fully charge it and then I end up isolated from the rest of the world for a half a day sometimes! It’s crazy, I know!
Fortunately, there is a solution for all of us negligent about this! Power banks! or as I like to call them emergency chargers. No matter where you are, you can power up your iPhone on the go. It’s so practical and neat.
There are virtually hundreds of different designs, colours and shapes you can choose from; with various features and power rates

Take this little beauty, for example: it’s an external battery for iPhones, but you can also attach to it almost any model of a smartphone you have and you’re all set! It supports iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Sony PSP, HTC, etc.
It looks quite slim and slick, and so pink and girly, but when you look past its delicate design and colour, you’ll find that it’s quite powerful! The capacity of this power bank is 5000 mAh, which is powerful enough to charge your iPad 100% and to provide up to 200% extra charge for your iPhone or iPod! And, yes girls – there are five different colours of this model of power bank!

Futurocks Power Bank 5000 mAh Pink

It gets even better, not only it is a portable charger, but it also allows two different devices to charge at the same time!
It costs £19.99 and comes with a year warranty.

My personal favourite is something a little bit different: it can also support various other devices not just iPhones, same as the above one; it also provides 300% extra charge for your phone.
On the other hand, it has one USB port, so you can charge one device at a time.
Because of its one practical feature, it is a popular choice of both, boys and girls – it has a flashlight; and a really bright one, too. This makes it an irreplaceable gadget for camping trips, fishing, travelling, and for more reasons than one; also, if you have to go through some dark allies on your way home, it can really come in handy.
It fits in even the smallest of pockets and it’s so light (just a bit over 100g), you can easily forget you have it on you!
Futurocks emergency charger with a flash light costs just £19.99 and has a year warranty.

Futurocks Power Bank with flash light 5000 mAh

Another of Futurocks’ designs is this mini iPhone charger, which is even lighter than the previous two (about 50g) and if it is at all possible, even more adorable. Just be careful not to mistake it for a lipstick when you go through your purse.

Futurocks Mini Power Bank 2600 mAh

It has a slightly lower capacity, 2600 mAh; yet it’s still enough to power up your smartphone 100%. It can be used for Samsung Galaxy, Sony PSP, Nokia, iPhone, iPod, and various other phones.
You can order it for £9.99 and choose from 8 different colours.
So, the design, the model, the size and colour is entirely up to you; one thing I promise you, though  – this useful little thingy will quickly become your best friend!
